Wool Spraying Cylinder Crochet Machine is specialized in the production of Spray Wool Ribbon Yarn, which is one of the newest fancy yarns at present. This type of yarn changes the traditional yarn “twisting” characteristics, but through a cylinder mechanism to weave a mesh hollow ribbon structure to wrap the fibers, the internal fiber structure is loose and disorderly.
Specifically, it is a variety of fibers, such as wool, acrylic, mohair, alpaca hair, cotton and other natural fibers or chemical fibers through the combing of wool spraying device sprayed into the nylon, polyester, acrylic or cotton yarn or even gold and silver thread woven into the cylinder hollow band, the formation of spraying wool ribbon yarn.
The fibers sprayed into the cylindrical bands are loose and soft, making the sprayed wool yarn very warm, and the clothes made are especially light and soft, 30% to 40% lighter than the clothes made of worsted weight yarn.
Features of Wool Spraying Cylinder Crochet Machine
- Cylinder head, output roller and ring spindle adopt separate motor drive, which reduces the spindle difference of each spindle, and the process is stable and easy to be adjusted, and the yarn can be dropped by a single spindle.
- Single spindle to single motor direct drive output short roller, instead of single motor drive through the long roller, easy assembly and maintenance.
- A stepper motor is used to control the roller feed roving spraying system with different parameters for different yarn production.
- Adopting double combing rollers single feed spraying system. The combing roller motors are individually controlled by computer and frequency converter, and different speeds can be set according to different raw materials, which is convenient for combing and opening of roving sliver.
- As the transmission parts are all driven by independent motors, it is convenient to change the corresponding process parameters on the touch screen when adjusting the process; and it is convenient for sampling;
