7 Important Features of Chenille Machine
1. Each rotating head is driven by an independent high-speed motor, which provides smooth operation, low noise and small speed difference. The rotating head can reach 24,000 rpm, twice faster than the old design.
2. The roller is driven by a stepping motor for smoother rotation, lower noise and lower breakage rate.
3. High-speed spindle is more stable and reliable. Speed up to 10,000 rpm, more than two times faster than the old design.
4. The lifting motor is driven by stepping motor with precision reducer, which makes the rewinding more stable and reliable, and the unwinding more relaxed.
5. All rotating heads, rollers and ring spindles are stepless variable speed, which makes the process adjustment more convenient and faster, and it is easier to automatically shut down the machine and drop the yarn when the yarn is full of tubes.
6. Due to the independent motor-controlled transmission, the process can be adjusted conveniently and quickly by only changing the parameters on the touch screen without changing the pulleys.
7. The distance of spindle is reduced from 200mm to 160mm, which greatly saves space and improves the utilization rate of the plant.
